12 SPEED SOUP – FREE on extra easy and green

12 speeed soup

blended 12 speed soup

This soup will give your weight loss a boost!

The Recipe

  • 1 can mixed bean salad
  • 1 can green lentils
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can baked beans
  • Handful of split lentils
  • 2 large leeks
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2 parsnips
  • Green, red & yellow pepper
  • 2 beef or chicken or vegetable stock cubes
  • Salt pepper
  • Mixed herbs
  • Water (enough to cover all ingredients)
  1. Chop and put all vegetables in pan
  2. Add all other ingredients
  3. Cover with water bring to boil and simmer until soft
  4. Can be left chunky or blended

As with all recipes you can tweek the ingredients at will… but I advise that you follow the recipe, as the ingredients have been chosen for their (s) or (ss) symbol which are speed or superspeed food and help the body to loose weight! Hence the name “12 SPEED soup!”

    Just had my flask of twelve speed soup. Generating a lot of interest in the office. I think a few people will be logging on here to get the recipe. Tasted fabulous by the way. But did take some flack for the wedge of tiger bread. xx.

    haha welcome Andrew. Its is a tasty soup. My IBS didnt act up at all !! All you can do is try it .. haha be warned this recipe requires a big pan, it makes alot! ;)

    I cannot recommend this highly enough (found on Twitter – please tell me how to find you so I can tweet this too!). Tasty, filling, frugal and so easy. Also very flexible (I used beef stock and some cumin).. you could live well on this! Thank you so much – I am actually looking forward to getting back on the SW diet next week :-)
    P.S. Get the credit on SW’s .com website too perhaps?
