A balanced Slimming World meal, on the Extra Easy Plan is 2/3 of your plate with free food from either of the red or green day pages ie: meat (free on a red day) carbs such as pasta, potatoes etc (free on a green day) then 1/3 should be food from the super free foods which are fresh/frozen vegetables and fruit… the super free foods are what gives your weight loss a push! Remember, vegatables like peas and sweetcorn, and fruits like bananas are free foods but not super free!
