Make sure that you are getting your quota of supperfree foods, these are the ones that give your weight loss a push. So for example if you have a meal of free foods ie say jacket potato and spaghetti hoops or tuna follow with “s” or “ss” fruits. But remember veg such as peas and sweetcorn and fruit such as bananas and grapes are free foods but are not superfree !!
