Being organised is key. I plan my weekly meals on Tuesday and do an online shop to arrive on Wednesday morning (my Slimming World weigh-in is on Wednesday evening) so I don’t encounter that black hole Wednesday, you know the one, where you have weighed in and you don’t syn treats because you are starting a fresh food diary the next day!
